These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Afroz Travel services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

Afroz Travel, founded by Mohammad Bilal Jogilkar, provides luxury private van transportation for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia, including services in Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Jabal al-Noor, and other Islamic sites. Services include vehicle and driver but exclude accommodation, meals, or entry fees unless explicitly stated.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram @afroztravelofficial. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of required payment.

Payment Terms:

  • Single trips: Full payment at booking or before service
  • Multi-day services: 50% deposit at booking, balance before service
  • Group bookings: 30% deposit, 50% due 15 days before travel, 20% before service

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges:

  • More than 7 days before service: 25% fee, 75% refund
  • 4-7 days before: 50% fee, 50% refund
  • 2-3 days before: 75% fee, 25% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: 100% fee, no refund
  • No-show: 100% charge, no refund

Cancellations must be in writing (email/WhatsApp) and are effective upon our acknowledgment.

We may cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, vehicle unavailability, or safety concerns. In such cases, we provide full refunds but are not liable for consequential losses.

Client Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Arrive at pickup locations on time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Refrain from smoking in vehicles
  • Comply with local laws and Islamic customs
  • Inform us of special requirements in advance

Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and items that could damage vehicles.

Service Delivery

Our drivers will operate vehicles safely, treat you with respect, assist with luggage, and maintain professional conduct. We commit to punctuality but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic or weather.

Standard luggage allowance is 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on per passenger. Excess luggage may require vehicle upgrade at additional cost.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages from our negligence in providing services. We are not liable for delays due to traffic/weather, missed flights or appointments, lost or damaged personal property, or indirect/consequential damages.

Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We strongly recommend clients maintain personal travel insurance.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures due to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, strikes, pandemics, or severe weather. We will offer rescheduling or refunds as appropriate.

Disputes

Complaints should be raised immediately with drivers or our team, then submitted in writing within 7 days. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law.

Privacy

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand data handling practices.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated versions will be posted with new effective dates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment

By booking Afroz Travel services, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
